Ester, pictured here, is but one of thousands
of orphaned children in Mbozi, Tanzania. Ester is one of the
lucky ones, however, as she has been rescued by Duncan and Maria.
Duncan is a local pastor, and he and his wife have three of
their own children. Apart from caring for their own family and
Ester, Duncan and Maria also care for twelve other orphans,
in their home.
Ester realizes how important an education is
to her future, and goes daily, on dusty roads, to a school several
miles away. She is in desperate need of a bicycle to help her
get to and from class.
